Chief Hartsell is certified to teach the North Carolina Concealed Carry Handgun Class, which is required to obtain you North Carolina Concealed Carry Permit.  He also teaches Basic Marksmanship Fundamentals, Advanced Marksmanship, Basic Tactical Training and Advanced Tactical Training.  All classes are available through KEY's Gun Shop.
